New Construction

Farnsworth Homes is the construction arm of the Farnsworth Companies. The company has constructed over 10,000 housing units since Farnsworth started it's first age restricted community, Dreamland Villa, in 1959. They built all the housing and community buildings in the later communities of Sunland Village and Sunland Village East. They are currently performing all the construction of all homes and buildings in the current community of Sunland Springs Village, which when completed will contain approximately 3.000 housing units and numerous community buildings.

Farnsworth Homes attention to detail and pursuit of the highest quality standards in housing construction are reflected in the level of satisfaction shown by the awards they have received over the years, as stated in the Awards tab. Unlike all other production builders, Farnsworth Homes allows the buyer to customize the home in every detail, even making major changes to the floor plans if desired. This has been a major factor in their success and customer satisfaction.
